“If it has been identified that first aiders are needed in your workplace they must gain a certificate of competence from a training organization that has been approved by the Health & Safety Executive, Courses last for 24 hours of training, usually held over 4 days.”

Requalification of the 4 Day First Aid At Work Course must be completed before the expiry date of a current certificate. Candidates wishing to requalify their certificate must provide a copy of their current certificate when booking their place.
This Requalification Course is a 12 hour (over 2 days) course, successful candidates will receive a certificate valid for 3 years from the date of the exam.
