TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions are between First Aid Company of Trainers Limited and the Customer.

They replace any previous terms and conditions of First Aid Company of Trainers Limited and are the complete and only terms and conditions between the parties. All dealings between First Aid Company of Trainers Limited and the Customer shall be governed by these terms and conditions.

2. These terms and conditions and any contract formed pursuant to them may be varied provided any such variation is confirmed in writing by a DIRECTOR of First Aid Company of Trainers Limited.

3. A binding contract will be formed when First Aid Company of Trainers Limited accept a Customer’s order for goods or services (the CONTRACT). An invoice will be sent to the customer prior to the delivery of the goods or services and shall be payable within 30 days.

4. Interest on overdue invoices will be charged at a daily interest charge of 10% (under the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998), until the date of payment, and the Customer agrees to pay any reasonable expenses incurred by First Aid Company of Trainers Limited in pursuing any outstanding debts due from the Customer.

5. A copy of these terms and conditions will be made available on the First Aid Company of Trainers Limited website (www.atrium-uk.com), with invoices and, in the case of the provision of a training course, with the booking confirmation note sent by fax, email or conventional mail to the Customer.

6. Unless otherwise agreed between the Managing Director of First Aid Company of Trainers Limited and the Customer, payment for the provision of any training course must be made in full prior to the start of the course. Course certificates may be withheld by First Aid Company of Trainers Limited until payment is made in full. Refunds shall not be given for candidates who fail a course provided for by First Aid Company of Trainers Limited and First Aid Company of Trainers Limited make no guarantee that candidates are guaranteed to pass any course.

7. Course Cancellations – If the Customer wishes to cancel any course or places on a course they must do so at least 28 days prior to the start of the course in order to claim a full refund.

a. Cancellations made between 21 and 27 days prior to the course commencement will be refunded 75%.

b. Cancellations made between 14 and 20 days prior to the course commencement will be refunded 50%.

c. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the course commencement will be refunded 25%.

d. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the course commencement will NOT be refunded.

8. First Aid Company of Trainers Limited reserve the right to cancel and/or amend course dates, times, and venues. Every effort will be made to give the Customer as much notice as possible and where applicable offer a reasonable alternative. If these are not satisfactory First Aid Company of Trainers Limited shall refund in full the price of the course. No further compensation will be given.

9. With regard to the sale of goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods on delivery, and to notify First Aid Company of Trainers Limited of any defects with 7 days of delivery. First Aid Company of Trainers Limited will then repair or replace such goods free of charge. Any problems should be directed to sales@atrium-uk.com.
